I never feel welcome when coming into BMW, doesn't feel like a premium car dealership. Told to just get myself a drink while other customers got a service, no talk through about my service when they did the inspection.

I came into the dealership for a recall on Tuesday 5th May, this had been booked a number of weeks before. I had booked time off work. I sat there for over 2 hours only to be told the wrong part had been ordered and I needed to come back another day.

Initially in for MOT which failed - I was told the tyres and fitter were available and it would take 1 hour to fit/re-test to which I agreed. The work actually took 2.5 hours but I was not kept informed that it would be delayed or why.

I was able to chose a specific slot on the online booking system. This seemed to be completely un-related to how jobs were scheduled, so I was left waiting in the showroom for 2.5 hours - around 1.5 of which the car wasn't taken in the workshop.

Reason for giving low score on this occasion is that I did not get my car back in time as per agreed schedule. (Same day). Which meant I had to make alternative arrangements for my appointments.
