I was over the moon with my experience at BMW Sytner Oldbury, the team handled my order with a high level of respect and remained extremely informative at every point of my order.

I was shown different models at the showroom and on the computer and then was given the chance to test drive a different BMW, when there was a slight delay on the delivery of my carm but I was regularly updated and informed when my new car was ready.
