Despite not getting a progress phone call as promised my experience was good. A suspension noise I had pointed out could not be detected so a senior mechanic came out in the car with me. The noise wasn't present. I was invited back if it returned.

In is opinon BMW Customer Service is bording on discussing. Oliver from Brades road has no human digity. I brough my 520 to have a diagnotic done when the car broke down, I called 11 times to brades road but no reply.

Laat year i was here. They tried to charge me for a new tyre when i got it fixed for £15 somewhere else. Still driving on it now. With the card machine 'error' i feel this is a stealers. Not a dealers.

No care and attention was taken with my vehicle. Car is given to the repair centre (absolutely clean) and not returned to me in the same state. I let it slide a couple of times until they returned it to me with a scratch, mess & damage to the seat

I felt there was a lack of care and consideration given the car was due to be sold and no urgency by BMW to support the work required to fix the sensor on the roof. This shouldn't have taken two weeks for £500 of work. No real discount was offered

Car was without update for 3 days, inspection notes mentioned all wheels has curb damage when none of them do. Asked for my car to be vacuumed only when offered and this was not done

Brake fluid service was carried out for a reasonable cost. Vehicle was looked after. Dropped my car off at 8am, but it didn't go into the workshop until after 4, when a problem arose with a tyre for the MOT it was too late in the day to get sorted.

An issue occurred after the update where I was getting a service message advising the oil was above max level. Was advised this was because of the update and would have to take it to where it got serviced. Felt this was unfair as it was down to fault

Booked car 3 months in advance, was told to change 3 tyres needed changing. Car touched for 3 days, unble to diagnose long standing issue where car loses power and then told they can't do wheel alignment due to tread depth. Worse service I ever had!

Earliest slots are a few weeks away from time of booking and worse if you need a courtesy car so I had to do without while mine went in. Great service at Oldbury. Work done quickly without fuss. Car under warranty, and repair done without issues.

I was surprised to find out there was a £15 charge for the courtesy car. At no point prior to the service date was I made aware of this. Whilst waiting my turn to see a service representative a lady pushed in front of me and was served first.
