The service was very good, however I was not booked in as a waiting booking, so having dropped my car off at 09:30, it wasn't ready until past 18:00. I don't recall seeing the option to select "waiting booking". Possibly my mistake so keeping 5*

Ibrahim Iqbal was great, he has prioritised my issue after being mislead with the wrong information from the admin booking centre. Admin centre has promised the issue would be resolved on the day of my booking but this wasn't the case.

I was even told to pick up my car after it hadn't even been checked. I had to advise the secretary that it would not be a good idea for me to travel 15 miles to pick up my car when they still hadn't diagnosed it crazy

Phoned dealership 3 times for update on service, getting no answer, I sent a whatsapp with no response, I decided to go to the dealer, to be told it wasn't ready. Left dealer at 6.45pm after long wait. No video of service was sent. Felt disappointed

Even though I dropped off my car the day before, they failed to complete the service and recall work on the day so kept it another day. It cost me £60 to get to work by train. Then the much trumpeted car wash was rubbish; the worst ever.

I booked in for an airbag replacement. I was assured over the telephone prior to booking it would be around 2 hours as I was going to wait for the vehicle rather than return later. It took 5 hours as the airbag was installed in the wrong vehicle.

I can't fault Lee my advisor. But it took a whole day just to fit an airbag recall. At the end of the day I got a call that the car was ready. So had to pick up the next day. So had to Uber to work that night.
