Made a service booked and on arrival. I was greeted by staff members and walked me to the service dept where II was informed about servicing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was also offered a nice cup of tea and snacks while waiting.

I was disappointed that the location of the service changed very late the day before the service. This meant that I could not walk home from dropping my car off and had to get taxis. Also my car took all day and I had to just come to the centre.

Some slight mix up with timings. I was initially told over the phone I can drop my car anytime between 8 and 10am however when the reminder SMS came it said I'm booked for 9. Also the adviser told me the store closes at 6 even though it was 6.30

The team have made my transactions go through smoothly since acquiring the car and from doing the running-in service, Reece Maynard has been excellent and so has Dan Thompson for organising a loan car for the day.

Generally everything has been dealt with well. But the car, still under warranty, needed to go in for repair. I wasn't given a courtesy car, leaving me without vehicle for a week. However, this was mitigated by the free brake fluid service

I had to argue to get my car fixed under warranty it is 15 months old and I was lied toi saying I need to pay for a service to fix. The service is not due for 2700 miles. The car was returned with scuff inside on the inside trim and left black mark

I had to attend the dealership in my work clothes and felt the attitude towards myself was less than other customers was experiencing. I can only put this down to the staff having a lesser opinion of myself because I was wearing my work clothes.

Reported problem was rectified successfully. However, after leaving the garage, I then noticed my rear view camera was malfunctioning. This was quickly rectified via over the air diagnostics performing a MyDrive reboot.
