Couldn't be happier. Everyone I interacted with was so helpful and polite. Best experience I have had after coming from JLR and Audi previously. BMW should be proud of what they have in place in the service centres.

Phoned up several times during repairs to get update was told no one available but would get a call back,this did not happen.

The care give by Monisha was outstanding. She was attentive, thoughtful and very efficient in dealing with our booking. Her manner was friendly and professional and it really felt as if she was focused on looking after us throughout the day.

Service staff were extremely helpful.Simon booked me in I told him I would like car by 4pm as I had appt to go to at 5pm. He txt within in the hour to say car would be done by 1pm.
