I was regularly updated finished on time. Good seating area with drinks etc to work from. Normally Mohammed sends me winter pack in the post I still await one. The main issue was the first date I was given was cancelled with less than 24hr notice.

V good service from Steven. I appreciated a lot the gift. However, it took far too long for the part required for the repair to come in. And, prior to that, too many visits before BMW accepted a warranty issue that required rectification.
