I called Oldbury, was informed very busy can i take to another dealer??I called BMW emergency service, they took my car to Oldbury, I had to organise a replacement, didn't receive one until the next day.

Having arrived at Sytner Oldbury I was greeted by a member of staff and my car was immediately taken to the workshop and serviced while I was seated and offered coffee and given updates to the progress of the cars service excellent

Fell down slightly at the end. Phil Cooper my salesman excellent as usual service department good Issue was when I received a phone call to collect at 5.50pm to say car was ready I could not get back quick enough to satisfy the lady calling. Very off
Everything I asked for was done with no questions asked, even through the car was not due a major service for another 3-5k miles. All problems with the car were covered by warranty and even some I did not think would be.
Everything was very easy. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and you never feel rushed during the handover or collection process, even during busy periods.

All was well with the work I had done. However, I was a little disappointed when I returned to my car, to find three dirty finger marks on the passenger seat This was wiped off by a member of staff but I feel that this could be easily avoided.

Anne Marie kept me updated throughout the day and made sure I got my car back in time.
I normally use Sytener in Birmingham this time it went to Oldbury. Poor communications, had to chase for updates and delivery times, car came back partially washed, with oil stains on drivers mat.
Good service from personnel but no coffee offered!

Anne Marie & Gemma excellent. Dashboard rattle resolved, but numerous trim damage could have been avoided if extra care taken. Now sorted (albeit few minor marks remain). Should ask for resolution but feel they may see me as being too 'anal'
When car returned the clock time was wrong (10mins out which I didn't realise and impacted upon a meeting), radio stations wiped, boot no longer open on its own from key fob (now have to open all doors before can open boot).

Ann Marie was brilliant and did her utmost to act on my requests. However, someone else not connected with her was I felt not as helpful. Also I didnt think the valet thats normally done after a service/following repairs was not up to scratch

You are incapable of assimilating the fact this is my vehicle not my wife's. All updates go to her phone and even this email request was headed Mrs Davies rather than Dr Davies. Too long for a courtesy car then inconvenient to swop to a hire car.

Anne Marie looked after me while the car was being serviced. There was an issue with the service record book which I left on the passenger seat for it to be filled in. It was not completed so I will return it for detail to be added.
Been coming to Sytner over 20 years always had excellent service
Booked on line easily but later needed to amend which was handled by Sytner Olbury with no fuss. Everything delivered to plan with no significant delay in drop off or pick up.

By and large Sytner have given me good service and kept me informed, with only a couple of instances where I felt they might have done better.
