Very prompt service for my vehicle my husband stayed at the dealership as it is not local to us but we have chosen to take back to Sytners at Oldbury rather than a more local one to us.
The customer service advisor (April) on duty was very helpful plus had good customer service experience.

Dropped off @ 8.30 - 1.5 hr service, called numerous times after lunch as i had to collect my son from school to be told Iain was with a customer and unable to speak. didnt receive a call back until around 4.10 pm hence having to arrange child care
Excellent professional treatment by staff. Service completed whilst waiting. Car returned fully cleaned, inside and out. After service follow-up check.
Quick and easy system , friendly staff from the greeter in the car park to the staff inside.
Member of staff who I deal with was excellent. Video of service was also very good. Let down slightly by the problems with courtesy car.
Took longer than I was told it would take
Although it was just a recall, everything was completed as I was told it would be.
Charged over £200 more for service than was confirmed on the phone, yet was not told the higher price until the work was done. Requested recording of initial call confirming lower price, which I was assured would be sent to me. Still not received.
The only fly in the ointment (and it's a whopper) is re. tyres. Told I needed 2 new tyres.....quoted approx £215 each, ie £430 with the car on the ramp and ready. Same tyres, fitted locally, £320! A big black mark from me on this!
Previously used Sytner Birmingham for service & car was valeted to a high standard however used Sytner Oldbury for my recent MOT and the car was returned with what I would class as a rushed valet. Issue with a warranty item which wasn't dealt with.
I'm very satisfied with the service. The video was very informative and my car was even washed and vacuumed.I was told I would get a call the day after my service to discuss new tires, but I never got that call however.
As no 1. The service was also completed within the timescales set out.

Not happy! Asked them to do a minor job which would take 10 mins, since I had a long trip next day and she refused. Spent the rest of the day finding a place to do the job for me. Will not be returning, either to purchase a new car or another service

I always look for Liz Harrington - it starts with her smile. She is very friendly and always remembers you. Treats you like a friend, but still acts with the professionalism you expect in a Dealer/Client relationship.
The service was cancelled upon arrival due to an error and lack of time, there was a lack of sympathy to the inconvenience caused, however they dealt with my complaint well and I was happy with the outcome and how they handled the 2nd appointment
I was told what was going to happen in a clear and concise way and kept up to date with progress.

I wanted to speak personally to the engineer who served the car over a technical point. (I didn't force the issue though)
As above, great communication too. Even offered transport for my wife who dropped the car off which was good.
Because its very easy to talk to the personal there and was kept informed all the way about the process my car was going through
In addition to the above, I appreciated receiving video feedback of the inspection on my car. I was also very grateful to have access to a desk and WiFi which meant I was able to work while I waited for my car.
Service was brilliant. Minor glitch that i was told my service would take 90minutes so whille i wait. When i got there i was told it was needed for 4hrs but no courtesy car available. Like i said minor glitch only
Felt that we were kept up to date. Did take 5 hours waiting though, so would appreciate a courtesy car next time.

I feel i can trust what the results say and know that when you say things need replacing or can be left that that is right .April was extremely helpful and accomodating and very efficient.
Although my vehicle was within its service mileage, under 3 years old I had completed over 50k and the mileage was 51000 miles. I was informed by your service department that the service pack was up to 49K, and wouldn't service my vehicle

I was looked after by Gemma and she was fantastic. She kept me informed regularly, she went out of her way to get my car booked in earlier as she knew it was urgent. She followed up on extra quotes and questions that I had as well which was great.
Carried out service as planned, but on returning home, found that one of my alloy wheels had been scratched during the time my car was in BMWs care. Mentioned this to the service department and have not been contacted since!!!!!!!

Unable to obtain the first car which led to a delay but was dealt with well
The last time I purchase a Bmw 4 series,4 years ago I loved the way the car was prepared and valeted before I received delivery. On this occasion the car was delivered to me with light scratches on the paint work plus the wheels needed to be redone.
