No car wash or coffee - the showroom was empty and I can't see any reason for not offering coffee or washing the car as they would normally do. I was told that the car would not be washed but really don't understand why.
They kept me informed about the fault and difficulty in getting the part. The car was ready early on the following day.

Arrived earlier than expected, considering Covid-19 has affected a lot of business
the Collection of the car was handled in a very professional way. As the dealership was sticking to the government guidelines of social distancing. Once inside the same professional treatment continued as you would expect from BMW and all went well.
Superb service, the team where on hand to answer my questions and advising me the best vehicle for my needs. Upon collection I was given a demonstration of the vehicle features and they made collections the vehicle a very nice experience.
Purchase was fine but the delivery was not as good.
