The sale assistant luke went above and beyond during the whole process, even putting up with answering the same email questions i had a few times (due to me having baby brain) but not once did i feel like i was annoying him, he was amazing!

The centre is impressive. Wait times were minimal and the hospitality was great. 1 negative would be the car park, its chaos to try and park and overfull.

All staff were very friendly and inclusive, the service requirements that my vehicle was booked in for were completed, it was started about 45 minutes late and the vehicle when finished was parked in a electric charging bay and I could barely get in

Disappointed. Car was filthy when they brought it out. Large bill for something I think bmw should cover. I was scared for my life with the blow out: so still very upset. Disappointed as I have always loved BMW.

Sytner Oldbury are our nearest BMW dealership but are not on the doorstep. We are therefore faced with a long wait in the showroom while any work on the vehicle is done. However, they are friendly and attentive and offer a good standard of work.

I had to constantly ringing for updates on the car, when I rang multiple times I was told someone ring me back and nobody contacted me back, I was told I get my car back on Friday, then Monday then eventually got it back on Wednesday, I was fuming!

They are scammers. Bullied me into having a service at 8000 miles and can't explain why. Now at 15000 miles it triggered again and they have reset the clock. The are unable to provide any reason for this. They don't respond to messages and emails.

I arrived late to pick up the car due to traffic and the advisor waited patiently for my arrival although it had gone past 18:00 hrs. I was offered a hot or cold drink even though it was time for his end of shift. Very well spoken and respectful.

I don't like to give negative feedback but there are a couple of things i need to highlight - the car wasn't very well cleaned but the main one is i asked for my alloys to be looked at and a price given for repair which wasn't done? Why was this?

Only reason it's four star is the free valet clean could have perhaps been better. Car was quite streaky, and areas had not been hoovered. With a premium brand like BMW I would have expected a higher standard so I was slightly disappointed.
