The sale assistant luke went above and beyond during the whole process, even putting up with answering the same email questions i had a few times (due to me having baby brain) but not once did i feel like i was annoying him, he was amazing!

The centre is impressive. Wait times were minimal and the hospitality was great. 1 negative would be the car park, its chaos to try and park and overfull.

Carl was knowledgeable and was fantastic in sourcing exactly what I want. Delivery of the car was quick and efficient and a smooth pick up. The process would really benefit from a delivery gift (Mug, Keyring etc?)

Car had its recall replaced in this case was the air bags, all fixed to a high standard and car vaccumed and cleaned afterwards too
