We dealt with Alex Rousianos, who had only been with BMW for a week. He was so accommodating and polite and nothing was too much trouble. He never rushed us, in fact the branch had been closed half an hour when the deal was sealed!

Extremely and completely satisfied, as stated above, Luke kept in regular contact to make sure I was up to date with the delivery of the car as well as when it was ready for me to pick up. He worked after hours to accommodate me and my work rota.

For a simple query, this entire process has been quite painful. This follows on from an issue in March, when my wife took delivery of a brand new Mini, only to find that the number plates fitted were completely wrong to the actual reg on the V5 form!

The service is sold as a 90 minute process when booking. However, it took 135 minutes. Whilst this is not a long time, it is a significant delay to that specified, especially when you are waiting in the service centre for the car.

The issue of the car squeaking has not been fixed. Had to wait 3 days for my car to be sorted with no one touching my car for a whole day. Then to top it off, i was charged £150 for diagnosing the issue when the issue hasnt even been fixed. Not buyin

Workshop seemed overbooked or understaffed. My 90 minute appointment was literally 190 minutes. Service staff were constantly fielding customer rants for something that was beyond their control. Icing on the cake was to be charged the full MoT price.

Hi i had my car brake fluid and engine oil changed. However bmw didn't update in my car infotainment system. I had to come back again next day just to get it updated. Upon arrival the staff member was not very helpful. I have been disappointed withit

Dissatisfaction with the poor service, incompetence, one excuse after another why they needed to do additional things. Sounded like the technicians/ mechanics blundered through the job, with BMW at the end giving me an unfair bill for over £3560.

Front tyre got punctured while in the shop, thankfully I had not got my new tyres yet. Went to get in the car after it was done and had to go back in to get help as it had been parked right up against another vehicle.

The service at Sytner Oldbury was very good. I booked my car in via the online form and promptly received a phone call to confirm this. I then had a call the next to change the location to the Accident Repair Centre, which was more convenient for me.

I got a very friendly service from Simon in comfortable surroundings and next time I visit I will know what to ask for. One little comfort, my key fob failed to operate the doors whilst out even after a battery change,a phone call to BMW fixed it
