I don't like to give negative feedback but there are a couple of things i need to highlight - the car wasn't very well cleaned but the main one is i asked for my alloys to be looked at and a price given for repair which wasn't done? Why was this?

I arrived late to pick up the car due to traffic and the advisor waited patiently for my arrival although it had gone past 18:00 hrs. I was offered a hot or cold drink even though it was time for his end of shift. Very well spoken and respectful.

Besides the recall, they had a health check breakdown which was very detailed and helped me have a overall checkup on my car so I know what needs to be worked on ok the future

Did the work but communication was really poor. I had taken a day off work and ended up having to sort lifts. If I hadn't called nobody would have let me know. I'd received emails and texts prior so number was in the system.

Front of house fantastic, service advisor couldnt care less if I was there or not, rude, no comunication. usually use the solihul branch as it was closer to my house but I moved last year so it was showing Oldbury was the closest. Wont be returning.

Not very good appointment was for 9.15 in the morning and my car wasn't taken in until 11 o'clock and I didn't leave until 1 o'clock also I have not been contacted to offer any sort of compensation for the delay

The service is generally very good but was a bit slower on my last visit and I was 15 minutes late being checked in for the service which was a bit frustrating as I was conscious about getting back to work

Only reason it's four star is the free valet clean could have perhaps been better. Car was quite streaky, and areas had not been hoovered. With a premium brand like BMW I would have expected a higher standard so I was slightly disappointed.

I think the service was carried out correctly but they forgot to updated the incar service intervals and service history so I had to go back in to get it done, the staff member was in a hurry because it was closing time. But still sorted it all out.

Booked car in for MOT & headlights changed under warranty. Only told be told that they wouldnt change them now!!! How can that be? Service contact handled poorly and then the Duty Service Mgr got involved and was very good. Oldbury never been good!

The engineers highlighted a twisted gator cuff and estimate over £1k to get it sorted which I thought was quite high. I took the car to my usual garage and did the work for free as they said it took less than 5 minutes to fix.

I booked a 90 minute waiting appointment for an oil change. They said it was 2 hrs, chased a few times & was fobbed off it will will be soon. Total wait was 3 hours. Not acceptable. Could have been better communication. Not the first time

For a simple query, this entire process has been quite painful. This follows on from an issue in March, when my wife took delivery of a brand new Mini, only to find that the number plates fitted were completely wrong to the actual reg on the V5 form!

The service is sold as a 90 minute process when booking. However, it took 135 minutes. Whilst this is not a long time, it is a significant delay to that specified, especially when you are waiting in the service centre for the car.
