Trouble shoot methods were on point
Only required Mot, health check and valet package, but treated well and final result of MOT clearly explained. Tyre damage from pothole required replacing. New tyre fitted on site, possibly cheaper elsewhere but more convenient.
Feel that even though they could not diagnose the issue to begin with, they persevered.

Receptionist missed the car was also due an inspection service at the same time as the mot test so now I have to return to get this done even though the car had a health check and an end of warranty check. It's a waste of my time.

April Lilley at the branch was very helpful and pushed to ensure the work was done within the same day to prevent inconvenience and also lined up someone to take me to the train station should it not come through. Thankfully all done in the same day
Not totally happy about the issue with vehicle boot: there is an intermitted problem with the boot of the vehicle: the key throb not always following the command to open the boot, and sometimes it has responded with a stagger movement.
Very good service, especially the health check. Good facilities. Excellent customer service.

Excellent as always - friendly helpful staff - April my Service Representative kept me informed on progress and collection and return of my vehicle and called next day to check everything was OK
Mostly great experience. The only let down was that the mat on the drivers side was not replaced correctly and came up over the pedals whilst I was driving home. This could have caused me to have an accident.

Good communication to keep me updated on service and collected and returned vehicle to workplace for convenience. Only draw back was having to book in again for replacement brake pads which werent in stock at time of service.
Fair price for servicing vehicle less than I expected.
I was told the service would be an hour and this was reiterated when they called to check I was attending, but it was a 3 hour service. I asked them to reset the key battery alarm which they didn't and they didn't set the car to show it had been done

Car in for 2 issues. Only one completed. Several visits later they think they know how to correct Professional SatNav which has not worked correctly since new car bought 4 months ago. It is now booked in for 7th March to fit new unit directed by BMW
The video walk through was useful and gave me more of an update than the pure brake fluid assessment for which the car was submitted.

Work was done promptly, but I was left sitting in the waiting area for over an hour having been forgotten about by the customer service rep. Eventually I enquireg and was given a lift to my office

April who we dealt with on servicing was extremely helpful. my car broke down 2 days before going on holiday. April sorted everthing out for me with enterprise. whilst on leave April stayed in contact with me all week. Great relief

The report video came without sound so was basically of no real use to me, although I was advised by my contact person that the inspection itself showed no faults or problems with the car.
Staff were very polite, good experience. Only minor point was the video sent through did not work.

Would have liked to have had a courtesy car for the day whilst my car was getting serviced, however I understand there wasn't any available. The staff arranged for a car to drop me off to work so that was appreciated!

car went in for a brake fluid change only. came out with tyre senor warning. called service who told me earliest rebook was 30 janthe car went in in perfect condition and came out with a fault !!!

Peter and Simon worked very hard to match my expectations. I wanted to reduce my monthly payments and they did everything they could to help me. I was also out of the country for 3 weeks but they arranged delivery without any problems.
The only negative was that the car had to be returned the day after purchase due to the sat nav not working at all which wasn't great with a brand new car ! Duncan Plant nevertheless arranged for collection and return of the vehicle to sort it out
