On booking my service, M.O.T. and the recall I also asked if a car would be available to take me home. After booking in at the service desk there were no records to provide transport and a driver was not available but they would try and source one.

Service reception was brilliant.Although I had to take the car back as 'service counter' had not been re-set in the workshop in the first instance.I have been promised some discount on the next service and I hope this happens!

Sytner staff are friendly and helpful, every time I have cause to visit. They have even looked at my car when Ive dropped in without an appointment. Liz was super-helpful all the way through with the problems I had with my car.
Had a problem with car delt with it in 24 hrs
Whilst i complainbed about an issue, it was not handled well. I did not receive call back as agreed and no further discount was added to the charges (which was previously said would be looked at once a key reading was done), this never materialised

Issues with courtesy car not being available, even though I waited a month for my oil leak to be addressed on the promise of a courtesy car being available for me.

Service OK.Unfortunately money was taken from car ~12 in coins. I mentioned this to Oldbury but no feedback.No hire car available for warranty work.
Despite being booked as a waiting customer I waited 3hrs for my car- however please see my Against Q1 I have nothing more to say.

The service experience is always 100%, the only issue is the above premium price that is sometimes given on parts. Best eg of this is on tyres I had two tyres requiring replacement, the quotation from BMW was almost double what I can get them for.
I feel safe leaving my car with you.

Cust serv doesn't match the brand. Garage staff, & drivers v efficient. Reception process odd. They ask 'Mini or BMW' maybe it's a national sitchboard. So easy to improve this.

Liz Harrington, who dealt with me was courteous, approachable and happy to address any questions and concerns that I put to her. She dealt with an unexpected issue involving an additional cost very effectively by liaising with the service dept.

The service was efficient and prompt.
I had a tyre changed & noticed when i got home my BMW sign in the middle of my alloy had been glued on where i could see the glue on the edges it didnt look like this before i took the car in.
Just one little thing which was a bit annoying, after visit in body shop ( car was left to refurbish alloys ), I found there is a little sticker on windscreen ( if I had a accident etc), I can not recall any one asked me if I want that to be put in .
i come and drop of the car and they give me a lift to the office and overall everything is excellent.
Easy process from quote through to collecting car after work had been carried out.
