I was looked after very well. The staff were courteous and friendly and I was given a left back home after dropping the car off which saved me a lot of time!

Having had a problem with my car, not long after collection, BMW did what it said it would do if any problems occurred, they provided recovery, curtesy car and diagnosed and repaired the problem within the shortest time
from booking to collecting the vehicle was a very satisfying experience

In recent years BMW Sytner haven't been the best but the past two times I've been in the service adviser is the best I've delt with
Liz is always a pleasure to deal with.
Valeting of the car after last service not quite up to the usual standard. Was no big deal really.
I will be happy if they can sometimes explain better what is going wrong on your car.The sales teams we normally talk to seems not to have in-depth knowledge about the car make up.I will recommend that the engineers do the explanation.
Great service and telephone manner
Video review was new to me and good.
It was good, the general service was great. Was meant to get back to me with cost of repairs to scratch and sill. They took photos and sent to their work shop but I haven't heard anything back yet.

Done as a while you wait service. It was completed at the time they suggested. The video check was with me by the time I reached home.

My car was serviced on time and left very clean
Ant is an exceptional salesperson who took me through the process of buying the car and then explained that Sam would explain the financial process. It was a smooth process.
The issue was fixed, but when I dropped the car off I was told they would call me when the car was ready. This didn't happen , and I had to call them
Ben was pleasant and helpful on my last visit. He called me as soon as my car was ready and explained fully the position and outcome following my service. But, please see answer to Q4 below.
The representative I delt with was knowledgeable and efficient, was supprised and thought the idea of sending a video was brilliant also the representative called me on the Monday to ensure everything was satisfactory

Staff were very helpful. Suggesting options and how to approach my issue of a new engine. Gemma was very helpful and when she was away April took over. April kept me constantly updated on the process which helped to minimise the stress

Though the staff are courteous I've had issues where my car got scratched and my sunglasses went missing after leaving them in the car. The scratch got repaired and I had half the money back for my glasses, though I'm still out of pocket with those.

I would have liked for the oil service to have been completed under the service pack while me car was in for its MOT. I now have to make two trips or miss my service pack oil service which expires in September.

Staff haven't got a clue.. giving me false information an when I questioned it they want to back track. My car wantnt finished so I was rushed back in because they needed my loan car back for someone else. Now it's ment to go back in in 2 weeks.

The salesperson went over everything, but as we were replacing an older BMW we were aware of most things. It didn't stop him making sure we were happy with the controls before we left.
