Just one little thing which was a bit annoying, after visit in body shop ( car was left to refurbish alloys ), I found there is a little sticker on windscreen ( if I had a accident etc), I can not recall any one asked me if I want that to be put in .
i come and drop of the car and they give me a lift to the office and overall everything is excellent.
Because my problem was resolved quickly and in good time

I was well looked after, as was my car, I was informed at all times what was going on and the pre arrangements for the service and arrangements for the courtesy car couldn't have been easier.

They looked after myself and I was pleased with the service they did on my car.
The engineer forgot to reset my car's computer so I had to return the next day. The service manager promised me a letter for a half price MOT for next year as way of apology and I have not received anything from them.

Originally booked my appointment in for 8.30 in the morning, then received a phone call the day before to confirm my appointment at 11.30. Was told I could wait for my car and it would around 1.5 hours then upon checking in was told I couldnt wait.

I was received and attended to promptly and courteously and was informed of the progress regularly. Staff ensured that I was comfortable while waiting and provided appropriate support on completion of the service.
Coffee and reading material was available. It was comfortable and it was possible to have the job done while I waited.
not all the work was done, some recall work to be done another time, which is a little inconvenient.

Having had a problem with my car, not long after collection, BMW did what it said it would do if any problems occurred, they provided recovery, curtesy car and diagnosed and repaired the problem within the shortest time

It was good, the general service was great. Was meant to get back to me with cost of repairs to scratch and sill. They took photos and sent to their work shop but I haven't heard anything back yet.
I will be happy if they can sometimes explain better what is going wrong on your car.The sales teams we normally talk to seems not to have in-depth knowledge about the car make up.I will recommend that the engineers do the explanation.
In recent years BMW Sytner haven't been the best but the past two times I've been in the service adviser is the best I've delt with

Bradley Cooper (Sytner Oldbury) was very helpful. Throughout the purchase he answered all questions with in depth answers about finance agreements, and options of purchasing a used or new car. When I picked up my new car he made it very exciting!

I was offered a good selection of new vehicles which had been researched prior to my attendance minimising wasted time. The ambience of the sales room is excellent.

I attended a Sales promotion 'event', however the quotes provided on that day did not show any special considerations or discounts - which made me less happy than I should have been. Eventually when we completed the purchase these items were shown.
It was an extremely pleasant experience were everyone was extremely friendly. I was fully informed of every stage of my car purchasing process which gave me great confidence in the service provided.
